Paul Lewis Young, age 63, passed away on August 19, 2021, in Columbia, TN. He was born on January 29, 1958, to Robert Lewis Young and Shirley Mae Thomas Young, in Riverside, CA.
Paul was a good man, kind and loving. He cared deeply about his family and never met a stranger. He adored his wife, Donna Young, and was the biggest fan of his children and grandchildren. He was a sports fan that included rooting for the Oklahoma Sooners, watching Wimbledon tennis and Little League World Series baseball on television. He also was a fan of watching softball, basketball, and volleyball. Paul had a great sense of humor which often led to playing jokes on the family during gatherings. He would “photobomb” any picture he could with funny faces. His attitude was laid back with a kind and helpful demeanor. He was a terrific handyman that volunteered to fix any household issues that the family experienced. He spent much of his time working on the farm, mowing grass, riding the tractor, and caring for his horses. He had a soft place in his heart for their dogs and cats. Also, he spent his free time riding his Harley motorcycle which he named snowbird. His fun presence and love for all he met with be missed every day.
