Okelean Keltner Caughron

Mrs. Okelean Keltner Caughron, 76, a resident of Roberts Bend Road in the Santa Fe Community, died Tuesday, September 17, 2002 at Maury Regional Hospital.
Funeral services for Mrs. Caughron will be conducted Friday, September 20, 2002 at 11:00 a.m. at the Williams Columbia Funeral Home with Reverend Jack Taylor officiating. Burial will be in the Knob Creek Cemetery. The family will visit with friends Thursday from 4:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
The Maury County native was the daughter of the late William I. And Shurma Pierce Keltner. She was the widow of William George "Bill" Caughron, Sr. who died June 10, 2001. She was a homemaker and a member of the Knob Creek Baptist Church.
She is survived by two sons, William George Lynn Caughron, Jr. of Florida and Ernest Eugene Ladene Caughron of Redding, CA; son-by-choice, Jimmy Paul Judy Shouse of the Santa Fe Community; four grandsons; three sisters, Mrs. Lela Pearl Mercer of Florida, Mrs. Linda Sneed of Nashville, TN, and Mrs. Martha Roddy of Mt. Pleasant, TN; two brothers, Charles Barbara Keltner of Columbia and Larry Debbie Keltner of Hohenwald, TN; special cousins, Dolly Keltner and the late Jack Keltner of Summertown, TN. She was preceded in death by a sister, Mrs. Elvadean Maddox and a brother, Jerry Keltner.
Pallbearers will be Mike Shouse, Greg Shouse, Mark Shouse, Jonah Keltner, Josh Keltner, and Todd Pennington. Honorary pallbearers will be Reverend Harvel and Margie Stockard, Joe and Joanne Hendley, Jim and Lessie Stockard, Raybon Kelley, Dr. James B. Kelley and staff, and the ICU nurses at Maury Regional Hospital.
