Norma Jean "Nonie" Walls

Mrs. Norma Jean ?Nonie? Harwell Walls, age 53, a resident of Greens Mill Road in Columbia, passed away Monday, December 6, 2010 at her residence.
Funeral services for Mrs. Walls will be conducted at 2:00 P.M. on Thursday, December 9, 2010 in the chapel of the Williams Funeral Home in Columbia with Rev. Aubry Knois officiating. Burial will follow in the Polk Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends Wednesday from 3:00 to 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
Born April 25, 1957 in Marshall County, she was the daughter of the late Norman and Clara Ayers Harwell and the wife of David Walls of Columbia. She had worked at Procraft and at the Holiday Inn Express in Spring Hill. She was of the Baptist faith.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children: Michelle Walls, David Wade Walls and Shon Walls, all of Columbia; Tracy Walls Florencio Hernandez of Athens, AL; sisters: Lena Harwell, Linda Potts, Annie Waldrop, all of Columbia; brother: Roger Harwell of Columbia; grandchildren: Clarissa Hernandez, David Hernandez, Jamie Hernandez, Gage Walls and Isaiah Walls; sister-in-law: Sharron Gary Smith of Columbia. She was preceded in death by a granddaughter: Breonna Jean Walls.
Pallbearers will be friends of the family.
In lieu of flowers the family request that memorials be made to the Norma Walls Fund, PO Box 38, Columbia, TN 38402
