Nathan Daniel “Nate” Graham, age 41, of Memphis, passed away on July 30, 2016, in Thailand.
Nate was born June 11, 1975 in Columbia, TN, the son of Douglas Graham and Shirley Daughtry Graham. He had a brilliant mind and received two Master’s degrees from the University of Memphis and was a project manager for YANNIX in Bangkok, Thailand. He was a wonderful son who had a love for people, history and teaching. His presence will be greatly missed. He taught English, History and Accounting in Thailand. His present employer in Thailand, YANNIX, commented “Nate was responsible for all the day-to-day-client communications on a project-to-project basis. He led a team of a dozen or so coordinators and he oversaw biddings and billings. He was a gentleman. He was funny, charming, intelligent, loyal and caring. He loved speaking with clients and he was extremely good at his job.”
A funeral service for Nate will be conducted Saturday, August 13, 2016, at 1:00 P.M. in the chapel of Williams Funeral Home in Columbia with Bishop Douglas Graham officiating. Burial will follow in the Lynnwood Cemetery in Lynnville. The family will visit with friends on Friday, August 12, from 4:00 – 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
Survivors include his parents, Douglas and Shirley Graham of Memphis; one brother, Eric (Sharon) Graham of Memphis; nephews and nieces, Alexander (Carly) Graham, Averri Graham and Nichole Graham, all of Memphis and Devin Graham of Smyrna. He was preceded in death by his brother, Darrell W. Graham, M.D.
Family members will serve as pallbearers.
