Naomi Wessels Rose

Mrs. Naomi Wessels Rose, 63, a resident of Rutland Court in Thompson Station, died Monday, October 24, 2005 at Williamson Medical Center in Franklin.

A memorial service for Mrs. Rose will be conducted Wednesday evening, October 26, 2005 at 7:30 p.m. at the First United Pentecostal Church in Columbia with Reverend Telford Tharp officiating. Williams Funeral Home in Columbia is in charge of the arrangements. Out-of-state services will be held at Cedar Memorial Funeral Home in Cedar Rapids, Iowa with burial in the Cedar Memorial Park.

The Anamosa, Iowa native was the daughter of the late George and Martha L. Norton Wessels. She was the widow of Paul Rose who died in 1997. She was a caregiver and member of the First United Pentecostal Church.

She is survived by three brothers, Gary Wessels and Robert P. Wessels both of Iowa and Mark Wessels of Spring Hill, TN; four sisters, Janet Emma Wessels of Springfield, VA, Sheryl Cortez of Thompson Station, TN, Sharon Brink of Iowa, and Cynthia Mancini of Collegeville, PA; a step son, Jeffery Rose of Texas. She was preceded in death by two brothers, David Arnold Wessels and William Larry Wessels.
