Myrtle Gidcomb

Mrs. Myrtle Atcheson Gidcomb, 75, a resident of Walton Circle in Mt. Pleasant, died Friday, June 7, 2002 at Maury Regional Hospital.
Graveside services for Mrs. Gidcomb will be conducted Sunday,
June 9, 2002 at 4:00 p.m. in Polk Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Eddie Turner officiating. The family will visit with friends Saturday from 5:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the Williams Columbia Funeral Home.
A native of Wayne County, Michigan she was the daughter of the late
John Atcheson and Clara Preuss Atcheson Sturgeon. She was the wife of the late John W. Gidcomb who died in 1993. She was a member of the Hampshire Baptist Church.
Survivors include four daughters, Johnette Howard Nolan of Columbia, Frances Terry Myatt of Memphis, TN, Mary Ann Gidcomb of Mt. Pleasant and Amanda Eddie Turner of Cookeville, TN;, one son, Michael Gidcomb of Mt. Pleasant, 16 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, one sister, Mrs. Charlotte W.W. Judson of Inglewood Fla., one brother, Earl Atcheson of Detroit, Michigan and one step-brother, Ronnie Sturgeon of Chicago, Ill.
Pallbearers will be Chris Gidcomb, Cody Gidcomb, John Myatt, Ben Myatt, Josh Adkisson, Tyler Turner and Ty Adkisson.
Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association of Middle TN, 4004 Hillsboro Road, Nashville, TN 37215
