Mrs. Muriel Counoyer Lamoureux, 80, a long-time resident of Woonsocket, Rhode Island and a resident of Mangrum Drive in Columbia, Tennessee, died Sunday, November 28, 2004 at Hidden Acres Nursing Home.
Williams Funeral Home in Columbia is in charge of the arrangements.
The Woonsocket, Rhode Island native was the daughter of the late Walter and Laura Theroux Counoyer and was the widow of Edgar Lamoureux. She was retired from the Providence Pile Fabric Corporation in Woonsocket. She was a communicant of Precious Blood Catholic Church and was a professional grandmother.
She is survived by a son, Robert W. Sandy Lamoureux of Columbia, TN; a sister, Doris Jeff McKenna of Woonsocket, RI; a brother, Walter Counoyer of Woonsocket, RI; three grandchildren, Lynn McClellan and Patricia Vigue both of Florida and Robert Lamoureux of Tennessee; several nieces and nephews of Woonsocket, RI.
