Mildred J. Walker, age 84, passed away Saturday, January 16, 2016 at Countryside Health Care in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee.
Mildred was born in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee August 25, 1931. She was married to the late Edgar Leo Walker spending many wonderful years together. Mildred is well loved by her family and friends, and will be dearly miss by those who knew her.
Mildred is survived by her son: Eddie (Cindi) Walker of Waynesboro; grandson: Ryan (Kayla) Walker of Waynesboro; great grand children: Abbey and Nicky Walker of Waynesboro; sister: Maggie Sue Johnston of Lawrenceburg; brothers: Cecil (Clara Bell) Porter of Lawrenceburg, Clyde (Norma Jean) Porter of Lawrenceburg, Clarence Porter of Michigan, and David Porter of Michigan.
She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, and granddaughter Tiffani Walker.
There will be a Memorial Service to celebrate Mildred’s life Sunday, January 24, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at Lawrenceburg Congregation of Jehovah Witness Kingdom Hall.
