Mildred Cocke Morgan

Mrs. Mildred F. Cocke Morgan, 85, widow of William Russell Morgan, died Wednesday, June 9, 2004 at her residence on North Elm Street in Mt. Pleasant.
Graveside services for Mrs. Morgan will be conducted Friday, June 11, 2004 at 2:00 p.m. at the Arlington Cemetery with Rick Points officiating. The family will visit with friends Friday from 1:30 until service time at the cemetery. Williams Funeral Home in Mt. Pleasant is in charge of the arrangements.
The Maury County native was the daughter of the late Charles W. and Jessie Pate Dame Cocke. She was a homemaker and member of the New Song Baptist Church in Mt. Pleasant.
She is survived by eight nieces, Evelyn Patterson and Dorothy Luckett both of Mt. Pleasant, TN Carlene Brown and Lura Fitzgerald both of Columbia, TN, Linda Creech of Missouri, Ann Brown of Lewisburg, TN, Helen Cocke and Barbara Carpenter both of Franklin, TN; a nephew, Bill Cocke of Mt. Pleasant, TN. She was preceded in death by several nieces and nephews.
