Mr. Michael William Coran, 54, a resident of Lieper?s Creek Road in Williamsport, passed away Thursday, March 2, 2006 at Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville.
A celebration of life service for Michael will be conducted Monday, March 6, 2006 at 6:00 pm in the chapel of Williams Funeral Home of Columbia with Rick Points officiating. The family will visit with friends Monday from 4:00 to 6:00 pm at the funeral home.
Born in North Tonawanda, NY, he was the son of William G. and Esther Kartyas Coran. He was a self employed carpenter; he loved the old-time country classics songs and a US Navy veteran during the Vietnam Era.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by three sisters, Candace Coran of N. Tonawanda, NY, Pamela Der of Canastota, NY and Laurie Mark Reber of Lockport, NY; six brothers, David G. Gerri Coran of Campbell Station, Patrick Coran of Seattle, WA, Alan Coran of Springtown, TX, Timothy Sue Coran, Terry Coran and Kevin Theresa Coran, all of N. Tonawanda, NY; loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, grandnieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his loving brother-in-law, David Der.
