Michael Brooke Mathis, age 43, passed away on Thursday, July 9, 2015 at his home in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee.
Michael was born on August 26, 1971 to John Mathis in Lawrence County, Tennessee. Michael was a well-loved son and brother. He touched the lives of everyone he met.
Michael is survived by his father John Mathis, brother Keith Allen (Tina R.) Mathis, and special care taker Miss. Judy Dickson.
The family will celebrate Michael’s life with a private service at a later date.
