He was born on September 21, 1960 to William D. Jones and Hattie Marie England in Alexandria, Tennessee. He was a firm believer in God and knew a great deal about the Bible. He worked at a bread factory in Franklin, Tennessee. He loved to fish and enjoyed playing the guitar.
Michael is survived by his siblings: Katherine “Kathy” (James) Kightlinger, Faye Hendrix, Ronnie Davis, Bill Jones; nieces: Racheal Kightlinger, Patty Hendrix and Doris Holt; and aunts: Ines Dugger and Mildred Short.
