Michael Doorhy, age 57, of Spring Hill, passed away on Monday, August 11, 2014.
Michael was born on November 20, 1956 to the late James Doorhy and the late Carol Calderone Doorhy in the Bronx, New York. He was a General Motors retiree, having worked for them for over thirty years. He was of the Catholic faith.
Some of Michael’s favorite things were the beach, working on cars and cooking, whether it be for a party of one or for the whole family.
Michael is survived by his wife: Ursula Chase Doorhy of Spring Hill; daughter: Jennifer Doorhy of Spring Hill; brothers: James Doorhy of New York and Joe Doorhy of Florida; and sister: Lori Aldrich of South Carolina.
The family will celebrate Michael’s life at a later date.
