Maude M. Hendrix, age 94, passed away Saturday, September 21, 2013 in Mt. Pleasant, TN.
Maude was born July 2, 1919 to parents Banner N. McAnally and Hattie L. “Harris” McAnally in Wauchula, Fl. Maude was a homemaker and a member of the Locust St. Church of Christ in Mt. Pleasant, TN.

Funeral services for Maude will be Wednesday, September 25th at 10:00 a.m. at Williams Funeral Home in Mt. Pleasant, TN. Family and friends will visit on Tuesday, September 24th from 5-8:00 p.m. at Williams Funeral Home Mt. Pleasant. Bro. Franklin Williams will officiate the service.

Pallbearers will be: Mark Hendrix, Allen Neeley, Paul Neeley, Jason Boshers, Mitch Hendrix, and Terry Chapman.

Honorary Pallbearers will be: James Bailey, Vance Hendrickson, Anthony Davis, Wendy Davis, Audrey Nichols, Dr. Rufus and Margaret Clifford, Jr., Linda Clark, Mr. & Mrs. Henley Edwards, Byron Gidcomb, Claude & Faye Brawner, Christine Pullen, Spud Crotzer, Skip Bottoms, Chris O’Connor, John Lightfoot, Jeff Lightfoot, David Brady, Randy Stewart, and Anne Hendrix

Maude is survived by: Son; former mayor of Mt. Pleasant Richard Hendrix, Daughter; Kay Neeley, Grandchildren; Allen (Rachel) Neeley, Paul (Jennifer) Neeley, Mark Hendrix, and Ricky Martin, Great-grandchildren; Jacob Neeley, Katheryn Neeley, Sara Beth Neeley, Braxton Neeley, and Jackzen Neeley, Brother-in-Law, Jimmy (Deane) Hendrix, Sister-in-Law; Linda (Jackie) Boshers, Foster Sister-in-Law; Catherine (Dick) Lindsey.

Maude is preceded by: Sister; Gladys Meredith, Daughter; Roberta Hendrix, Sisters-in-Law; Gladys (Marvin) Eastep, Kathryn (Franklin) Williams, and Dorothy (Averon) Lowery, Brother-in-law; Clarence Hendrix, Granddaughter; Holly Hendrix; and her Husband; Mark A. Hendrix.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to: the nurses at the Skilled Nursing Unit at Maury Regional Hospital, NHC Hillview, Lori Adams and staff at Caris Hospice, and Dorothy Hobby and staff at NHC Home Health Care.
