Mary Lou Moore Mays

Mrs. Mary Lou Moore Mays, 74, a resident of Wedgewood Drive in Columbia, died Friday, June 3, 2005 at St. Thomas Hospital in Nashville.Funeral services for Mrs. Mays will be conducted Monday, June 6, 2005 at 10:00 am at the Williams Funeral Home in Columbia with Rev. Bob Adair officiating. Burial will be in the Polk Memorial Gardens. The family will visit with friends Sunday from 4:00 until 9:00 p.m. at the funeral home.Born in Wayne County, she was the daughter of the late Raymond and Eva Skelton Moore and wife of Bobby Mays. She was a homemaker and a member of Highland Park Baptist Church.In addition to her husband, she is survived by three sons, Michael Anne Mays of Bartlett, TN, David Lynn Mays and Ronnie Debbie Mays, both of Columbia; three grandsons, John Spencer Mays of Bartlett, TN, David Micheal Mays and Jonathan Jennifer Wise, both of Columbia; a sister, Dorothy Dean James Carroll of Hohenwald; a brother, Raymond Harold Florence Moore of Chattanooga; a great grandchild, Jaylin Elaine Wise of Columbia. Pallbearers will be John Lynn, Roger Peters, Randy Thurman, Sam Bedenfield, Darryl Shuff and David Goodness.
