Mary Lee Tewell Jaynes

Mrs. Mary Lee Tewell Jaynes, 78, a resident of Highland Avenue, died Thursday, October 24, 2002 at Maury Regional Hospital.
Funeral services for Mrs. Jaynes will be conducted Sunday October 27, 2002 at 3:00 p.m. at the Williams Columbia Funeral Home with Reverend Dan Carlen officiating. Burial will be in the Polk Memorial Gardens. The family will visit with friends Sunday from 12:00 noon until service time at the funeral home.
The Memphis, Tennessee native was the daughter of the late Leon C. and Feldrich E. McHughes Tewell. She was the widow of Charles E. Jaynes who died in 1989. She was a homemaker and member of the First Baptist Church of Columbia.
She is survived by two sons; Tom Frankie Jaynes of Nashville and Dan Carolyn Jaynes of Columbia, one daughter; Cindy Rod Hardy of Nolensville, Tn. three grandsons; Ross Jaynes of Columbia, Tyler Hardy of Nolensville, and Michael Hughes of Texas, three granddaughters; Amanda Jaynes of Alpharetta, Ga., Elaine Jaynes of Columbia, and Reagan Hardy of Nolensville.
Active Pallbearers will be Robert Mckay III, Wayne Roberts, Ross Jaynes, Marion Davis, Andy Woodard, Ray Messick and Ed Harlan.
