Mrs. Mary Jean Rayburn Wilson, 37, a resident of Hampton Road in Columbia, passed away Thursday, February 9, 2006, at her home.
Funeral services for Mrs. Wilson will be conducted Sunday, February 12, 2006 at 2:00 pm at the Williams Funeral Home in Columbia with Reverend Ricky Cotton officiating. Burial will be in the Polk Memorial Gardens. The family will visit with friends Friday from 4:30 to 9:00 pm and Saturday from 2:00 to 8:00 pm at the funeral home.
Born in Giles County, she was the daughter of Ronnie Dale Rayburn and Sandra Campbell Jones and wife of Walter Ray Wilson, Sr. She was a homemaker, participated in the Wilderness Program at the Magnolia Academy in Culleoka and attended Cross Bridges Baptist Church.
In addition to her husband and parents, she is survived by two daughters, Amber Nicole Lyles and Cassie Dale Lyles, both of Columbia; two step daughters, Cindy Ann Wilson and Tina Louise Hebel, both of Columbia; a step son, Walter Ray Wilson, Jr. of Columbia; five grandchildren, Bailey Leon Hebel, Destiny Marlena Wilson, Alexis Kierra Wilson, Jeremiah Carter Van Wicklin and Miranda Faith Hebel, all of Columbia; two brothers, Ronnie Dale Tammy Rayburn, Jr. of Minor Hill and Anthony Brad Rayburn of Pulaski; four nephews. She was preceded in death by maternal grandparents, Edward and Sally Campbell and paternal grandparents, Odell and Ava Nell Rayburn.
Pallbearers will be Ronnie Rayburn, Jr., Walter Wilson, Jr., Dale Hebel, Anthony Rayburn, Jeremiah Van Wicklin and Matthew Siemiatkaska.
