Mary E. Holden Flowers

Mrs. Mary Elease Holden Flowers, 98, widow of Joe T. Flowers and a resident of Iris Drive in Mt. Pleasant, died Thursday, August 12, 2004 at NHC/ Columbia Health Care.
Funeral services for Mrs. Flowers will be conducted Saturday, August 14, 2004 at 3:00 p.m. at the Williams Mt. Pleasant Funeral Home with Randy Kersey officiating. Burial will be in the Polk Memorial Gardens. The family will visit with friends Saturday from 1:00 until 3:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
The Maury County native was the daughter of the late Willie and Lillie B. Rochell Holden. She was a homemaker and member of the Main Street Church of Christ in Mt. Pleasant.
She is survived by a daughter, Mary E. Don Wiltshire of Titusville, FL; a son, Joe R. Fay Flowers of Culleoka, TN; two sisters, Susie Church of Columbia, TN and Alice Garner of Mt. Pleasant, TN; a brother, James Ross Holden of Hampshire, TN; seven grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren, and three great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Horace Lee Flowers; three brothers, Dude Holden, William Holden, and Hughes Holden.
Pallbearers will be Jerry W. Flowers, Jimmy R. Flowers, Mike Flowers, Michael Flowers, Timmy Flowers, Brian Flowers, Brandon Flowers, Jason Flowers, and Darrell Wiltshire.
