Mary Potts Nemerow

Mrs. Mary Evelyn Potts Nemerow, 65, a resident of Haven Circle in Columbia, died Thursday, May 26, 2005 at Maury Regional Hospital.
Funeral services for Mrs. Nemerow will be conducted Sunday, May 29, 2005 at 2:00 p.m. at the Williams Funeral Home in Columbia with John Vaughan and Milton Perry officiating. Burial will be in the Polk Memorial Gardens. The family will visit with friends Saturday from 4:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
The Maury County native was the daughter of the late Hollis Potts and Lora Potts LeMay. She was formerly of Kingsport, Tennessee in which she was affiliated with the Ramada Inn and Ashland, Kentucky where she was with Quality Inn. She was a nurses assistant for Alterra Sterling House of Columbia and a member of the Church of Christ. She was an avid gardner and decorator and loved the beach.
She is survived by a daughter, Sheila LeMay Reece of Columbia, TN; two sons, Richard Perry of New York, NY and Bobby Dorton of Church Hill, TN; two sisters, Wanda Rositano of Nolensville, TN and Martha Ron Sellers of Columbia, TN; a brother, Rex Charlene LeMay of Culleoka, TN; a granddaughter, Lindsey Reece of Columbia, TN; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was preceded in death by a son-in-law, Jeff Reece; a brother-in-law, Joe ?Rossi? Rositano; maternal grandparents, Oliver and Lillie B. Potts; paternal grandparents, Walter and Anna Potts.
Pallbearers will be Bobby Dorton, Richard Perry, Ron Sellers, Ken Padgett, Ray Potts, Michael Rositano, Chadwick Moore, Lester Potts, and Len Rossi. Honorary pallbearers will be Milton Perry, Rex Wilson LeMay, Lynn Phillips, employees of Alterra Sterling House, and Dr. James Lancaster at St. Thomas Hospital.
