Mary Lois Holton, age 46, a resident of North Main Street in Mt. Pleasant passed away Friday , July 31, 2009, at Maury Regional Medical Center.
Graveside services for Mrs. Holton will be conducted Sunday August 2, at 2:00 P.M. at Polk Memorial Gardens with Rick Points officiating. Williams Funeral Home of Columbia is in charge of the arrangements.
Born March 3, 1963 in Memphis, Tennessee, she was the daughter of Betty Hoover Holton Walls of Olive Branch, Miss. and the late John W. Holton. Mary was a graduate of Kirby High School in Memphis and she loved running and exercising. She was a member of Grace United Methodist Church in Memphis, TN. In addition to her mother, she is survived by a step-dad: James Walls of Olive Branch, Miss. and a sister; Karen Williams of Memphis, TN.
She was preceded in death by a sister: Judith Baker and her father: John W. Holton.
