Mary Lena Vanderpool Brown Lee

Mary Lena Vanderpool Brown Lee, age 74, went home to Jesus after an extended illness on July 26, 2016, at 1:00 PM surrounded by her family. She was born on July 11, 1942, to Almeda and Montgomery Vanderpool in Kingston, Michigan. She was a homemaker and graduated high school from Caro, Michigan. She loved to play cards and board games and usually won. She enjoyed family get-togethers.
Mary is survived by her husband, Frank Lee; her loving children, Kathryn Threlkeld Pawelko, Kay Brazier, and Daniel Brown; six beloved grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren; her sisters, Susan Jando and Virginia Reamer; and many nieces and nephews also survive.
She was preceded in death by her beloved late husband, Junior Brown and two brothers, Sonny Vanderpool and George Vanderpool.
Burial will be in Spann Cemetery in Deerfield Township in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee.
