Mary Violet Gardner, 78, of Mount Pleasant TN passed away on April 25th, 2019. Mary was born in Lawrenceburg, TN on February 28th, 1941. She was the youngest of 13 children.
Mary loved her family dearly and loved spending time with them. She enjoyed taking photos, growing plants and enjoying fresh fruit and vegetables during harvest time. She always had a smile on her face and treated her family and those around her with compassion, love and generosity.
Mary is preceded in death by her parents: Monroe and Sadie Smith; 11 of her siblings and her grandson: Bryan Lovett. She is survived by her son and his wife: Michael and Patricia Lovett; her granddaughter: Rachel Batiuk; her great grandchildren: Kaden Lovett, Evan Lovett, Isaac Lovett, Brandon Batiuk and Samantha Batiuk; and her brother and his wife: Joe and Sue Lovett.
She will be peacefully laid to rest Sunday April 28th, 2019 at 2:30 PM at Spencer Hill Cemetery. Flowers can be sent to Williams Funeral Home 2517 Trotwood Ave Columbia TN 38401.
