Mary C. Hyatt

Mrs. Mary C. Parham Hyatt, age 85, a resident of Les Robinson Road in Columbia, passed away on Wednesday, August 26, at Sterling House.
Funeral services for Mrs. Hyatt will be conducted Monday at 11:00 A.M. in the chapel of Williams Funeral Home in Columbia with John Hayes officiating. Burial will follow in the Santa Fe Cemetery.
The family will visit with friends on Sunday from 2:00 – 5:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
Born March 25, 1924 in Pontiac, MI, she was the daughter of the late Hensley Parham and Orlee Foster Parham. Mary was the wife of the late William "Bill" Hyatt who preceded her in death on June 8 of this year. She worked for a number of years at Bach's Department Store in Birmingham, AL, and was a volunteer in the gift shop at Maury Regional Medical Center. Mrs. Hyatt was a member of the Beechcroft Church of Christ.
Survivors include her children: Pamela Stowell of Columbia, Donna Keith Kalman of Houston, TX and David Margie Hyatt of Birmingham; grandchildren: Jeffrey A. Stowell of Nashville, Michael L. Stowell of San Francisco, CA, Amanda Kalman and Kathryne Kalman, both of Houston, TX; two brothers: Tom Billie Parham of Centerville and Robert Parham of Nashville. She was preceded in death by one sister: Alice Humphrey and two brothers: Harry Parham and Billy Parham.
Family members and friends will serve as pallbearers.
Memorials may be made to the charity of your choice.
