Marion Andrew "Andy" Davenport, age 64, a resident of Columbia, passed away on Tuesday, February 4 at Maury Regional Hospital.
Services for Mr. Davenport are incomplete and will be announced later by the Williams Funeral Home in Columbia.
Born in Knoxville, TN, he was the son of the late Julius and Mary Hobby Davenport and husband of Linda Brooks Davenport. He had a master's degree from the University of Alabama in fine arts, was an artist and had served in the Peace Corps.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children: Gregory LeeAnne Spurr of Hoosick Falls, NY, Matthew Spurr, FL, Tiffany Larry Walker, Nicole Mitch Lantuiga and Heather Spurr, all of Winter Springs, FL: grandchildren, Vinny, Joseph, Zander, Haley, Aydin: sisters, Judy Johnston and Elizabeth Blount.
