Marie Hickman Gibson

Mrs. Marie Hickman Gibson, 75, a resident of Beechcroft Road at Spring Hill, died Saturday November 29, 2003 at Williamson Medical Center.
Funeral services for Mrs. Gibson will be conducted Monday December 1, 2003 at 2:00 p.m. at the Williams Columbia Funeral Home with Reverend Bob Adair and Rick Points officiating. Burial will be in Polk Memorial Gardens. The family will visit with friends Sunday from 4:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
The Spring Hill native was the daughter of the late C. Herman and Leora Venable Hickman. She was the wife of J. C. Gibson. She was a homemaker and retired from Gene?s Garden Center. She was a member of the Highland Park Baptist Church.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by two sons, Ronnie Kathryn Gibson and Donnie Betty Jo Gibson both of Spring Hill, TN; six grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild; a brother-in-law, Glenn Gerda Gibson of Killen, AL; several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by three sisters, Imogene Hall of Atlanta, GA, Dorothy Wells of Salinas, CA and Betty Hickman; four brothers, Charles Hickman, Ray Hickman, Walter Hickman, and Bobby Hickman.
Pallbearers will be Jackie Berryhill, Vernon Inabnitt, John Franklin, Cody Gibson, and nephews.
Honorary pallbearers will be Dory Adams, Frank Curry, John Lynn, Phil Cayer, Larry Watson, Billy Jones, Bobby Townsend, and Cecil Duncan.
