Mariann B. Jones Whaling, age 68, resident of Watkins Drive in Columbia, passed away Monday, October 23, 2006 at home.
Funeral services for Mrs. Whaling will be conducted at a later date. Williams Funeral Home of Columbia is in charge of arrangements.
Born in Detroit, MI, she was the daughter of the late Glenn and Lorraine Tyrer Jones. She was a retired automotive assembly plant worker.
She is survived by three daughters, Donna Kurt Stepish of Columbia, Carole Morrow of Romulus, MI and Cynthia Stokes of Linden, MI; two sons, Scott Gloria Whaling of Willis, MI and Robert Mary Whaling of Omaha, NB; a sister, Nancy King of Inkster, MI; three brothers, Donald Vicki Wright of Whitmore Lake, MI, Glenn Jones of Westland, MI and William Wright of California; 10 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
