Marguerite Grimes Rassi

Mrs. Marguerite Grimes Rassi, 93, a resident of School Street in Columbia, died Tuesday, December 3, 2002 at Life Care Center.
Graveside services for Mrs. Rassi will be conducted Thursday, December 5, 2002 at 3:00 p.m. at Arlington Cemetery in Mt. Pleasant with Rick Points officiating. The family will visit with friends Wednesday from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the Williams Columbia Funeral Home.
The Maury County native was the daughter of the late James L. and Annabell Eddlemon Grimes. She was the widow of Daniel Rassi who died in 1970. She was a homemaker and a member of the First United Methodist Church of Columbia.
She is survived by a sister, Annabell Grimes Soprano of Alexander, LA; a special nephew, Charles Grimes of Mt. Pleasant; several other nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by one sister and five brothers.
