Margaret Shelton Knight

Margaret Shelton Knight born October 29, 1919 went home to the lord November 2, 2012. She was born in Maury County and lived in Mt. Pleasant all her life. She was a member of North Main Street Church of Christ in Mt. Pleasant for over 50 years. Margaret worked for the 1st National Bank & retired from there, with 38 years of service.

She was preceded in death by her husband Monty Knight and parents Jennie Lou Clifton Shelton and Richard Steven (Dick) Shelton, sister Louise Shelton Boone, brothers James English Shelton and J. Richard Shelton.

She is survived by one sister Robbie Pauline Shelton Ritchey, nephew Norman Ritchey Jr. grand nephew Norman Ritchey III of Big Pine Key FL and niece Linda Boone of Mt. Juliet, TN.

Funeral Services for Mrs. Margaret Knight will be Thursday, November 8, at 2:00 p.m. A visitation will be held Thursday, prior to the service, starting at 12:00 until the time of the service at Williams Funeral Home in Mt. Pleasant, TN. Rev. William Owens will be officiating.
Pallbearers will include family and friends.
