Maggie Virginia Clark, age 84 of Columbia, passed away Wednesday May 3, 2012 at Life Care in Columbia, TN.

She was born to the late Wiley Osborne and the late Leta Price Osborne in Maury County on May 7, 1927. Mrs. Clark married the love of her life on June 5, 1947, and they were happily married until his passing on January 21, 2003. It was only natural for her to love spending time with her family and planning family outings. Her gentle nature and loving spirit will be sadly missed by all those fortunate enough to meet her. Mrs. Clark also enjoyed listening to her favorite genre of music, bluegrass.

The family will gather with friends Friday, May 4, 2012 from 4:00 P.M. – 8:00 P.M. at the Williams Funeral Home located at 109 Blythewood Drive Columbia, TN. The service will be Saturday, May 5, 2012 in the Arbors of Polk Memorial Gardens at 11:00 A.M with Danny Hanson officiating.

Pallbearers will be Chris Clark, Steve Clark, Rodney Paul, Sean Caldwell, Ernie Ward and Gary Watters. Honorary Pallbearers will be the employees of the Life Care facility in Columbia for their outstanding service.

She leaves behind her children: Mary Ann Don Davis of Lynnville, David Allen Clark of Little Rock, Arkansas, Kathy Schmidt of Columbia, and Mark Clark; her grandchildren: Carla Caldwell, Steve Clark, Chrissy Paul, Chris Clark, Cameron Schmidt, Amber Clark, Cortney Clark; and seven great grandchildren; one sister: Ola Cable of Maryville, TN. She is preceded in death by her husband, James F. Clark; one son: James Ronald Clark; step brother: Oakley Osborne; step sisters: Pauline Osborne and Eunice Haskins; one brother: Jackson Osborne.
