Madilyn Kate Wicker

"Some people only dream of angels today, May 3 we held one in our arms. She was a flawless baby girl, perfectly innocent and beautiful. We never got to meet her, but we loved her very much. Even though we know she won't be here on earth with us, we know and understand where she is and why….because God called up one of his angels." Danny made these comments regarding Madilyn Kate.

Madilyn Kate Wicker, infant daughter of Daniel Cyril Wicker and Kristin Dawn Cummins Wicker of Mt. Pleasant, passed away on Tuesday, May 3, at Maury Regional Medical Center.

Graveside services for Madilyn will be conducted Friday at 2:00 P.M. at Polk Memorial Gardens with Rev. William Owens and Rick Points officiating. Williams Funeral Home in Mt. Pleasant is in charge of the arrangements.

Survivors in addition to Madilyn Kate's parents include her grandparents: Frances L. and Daniel C. Wicker II, of Mt. Pleasant, Daniel C. Wicker I of Romulus, MI, Kim and Lane Davis, Keith and Christina Cummins, Carolyn Cummins, and Kenny and Betty Cummins, all of Mt. Pleasant; aunts and uncles, Kourtney Cummins of Mt. Pleasant, Karissa Sharpe of Hohenwald, Michael Odom of Mt. Pleasant, Stephanie Wicker of Columbia, Phillip Wicker, USN, Norfolk, VA and Matthew Wicker of Mt. Pleasant.
