Lucretia Hilton Shadrick

Mrs. Lucretia Hilton Shadrick, 49, a resident of Turnpike Road in Summertown, passed away Thursday, December 29, 2005 at Crocket Hospital in Lawrenceburg.

A memorial service for Mrs. Shadrick will be conducted Sunday, January 1, 2006 at 2:00 pm at Grace Church of the Nazarene with Reverend Brian Wiesinger officiating. The family will visit with friends following the service at the church. Williams Funeral Home of Columbia is in charge of arrangements.

Born in Indianapolis, IN, she was the daughter of late Morgan and Mary Waites Hilton and wife of Shawn Shadrick. She was a homemaker and a received her Associates Degree in Massage Therapy from Cumberland Institute in Brentwood. She was a former massage therapist for Maury County YMCA and worked with the mentally challenged children at King?s Daughters? School. She was a member of Grace Church of the Nazarene.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by two daughters, Kayla Hilton Mills of Minor Hill and Ashley Morgan Parrott of Summertown; a son Dylan Michael Shadrick of Summertown; a sister, Mary Morgan Hilton of Mansfield, TX; two grandchildren, McKenzie Mills and Lilly Mills, both of Minor Hill; mother and father-in-law, Mike and Maggie Shadrick of Summertown; niece, Emma Kelley of Summertown; nephew, Hunter Foster of Mansfield, TX; niece and nephew, Grace and Owen Vick of Mt. Pleasant; sister-in-law, Tara Kelly of Summertown; Brother and sister-in-law, Ryan and Brian Vick of Mt. Pleasant.
