Mrs. Elizabeth Lucille Bush Ballinger, 86, a resident of Naydonlin Drive in Columbia died Saturday, November 27, 2004 at Maury Regional Hospital
Funeral services for Mrs. Ballinger will be conducted Monday, November 29, 2004 at 10:30 a. m. at the Williams Funeral Home in Columbia with Brother Dave Baker officiating. Burial will be in the Polk Memorial Gardens. The family will visit friends Sunday from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
The Rhone County native was the daughter of the late Carlos and Isabelle Branham Bush. She was the widow of Cordell Ballinger. Mrs. Ballinger was a homemaker and a member of the Light House Baptist Church.
She is survived by two daughters, Hattie Lou Brannon of Kennesaw, GA and Shirley Bobby Kelley of Columbia, TN; six sons, Doyle Betty Ballinger of Lewisburg, TN, Charles Linda Ballinger of Cornersville, TN, James Linda Ballinger of Columbia, TN, Leon Nancy Ballinger and Kenneth Doris Ballinger both of Mt Joy Community in Mt. Pleasant, TN and Billy Ballinger of Columbia, TN; fifteen grandchildren, one step-granddaughter and twenty two great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be her grandsons.
Honorary pallbearers will be residents of Pleasantwood Apts.
