Lori Cook Kelly

Lori Cook Kelly, age 42, of Mt Pleasant, Tennessee passed away on October 12, 2019 at her home.

Lori was born on September 21, 1977 in Florence, Alabama to Johnny Ross and Juanita Morton Cook. She was a LPN at Magnolia Health Care and worked as an LPN for over 20 years. She was known to be devoted to taking the best care of all her patients. She enjoyed shopping, especially finding a good deal. Lori was a wonderful wife and mother.

She is survived by her husband: Sean Kelly; daughter: Sadie Lee Kelly; stepdaughters: Stephanie (Christopher) Hughes and Lauren (Alex) Kelly; and her parents: Johnny and Juanita Cook. She is also survived by her parents-in-law: Harold & Elaine Kelly; siblings: Johnny “Ross” (Stephanie) Cook; siblings-in-law: Christi (Jeff) Woods, Stacie (Edwin) Moore; her grandmother: Marguerite Cook; and several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles. She was preceded in death by one grandmother and both grandfathers.

Visitation will be Thursday, October 17, 2019 from 12:00 noon to 2:00 PM at Williams Funeral Home, Columbia. Services will begin at 2:00 PM with Johnny Cook officiating. Burial will follow at Polk Memorial Gardens.

Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
