Mrs. Lois Marie Frost Collins, 70, wife of Jack Collins and a resident of Mack Benderman Road in the Culleoka Community, died Monday , Jan. 19, 2004 at her home.
Funeral service for Mrs. Collins will be conducted Thursday January 22, 2004 at 2:00 p.m. at Williams Mt. Pleasant Funeral Home with Reverend William Owens officiating. Burial will be in Polk Memorial Gardens. The family will visit with friends Wednesday from 4:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
The Maury County native was the daughter of the late William Dallas ?Will? and Katie Jane Bolton Frost. She was a softball coach for her children?s teams. She was a homemaker and a member of the Mt Pleasant Free Will Baptist Church.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children, Patricia Jodie Luttrell of Mt. Pleasant, TN, Cynthia Michael Wiseman of Culleoka, TN, Jimmy Gail Collins of Linden, TN, Donald Patty Collins of Mt. Pleasant, TN, Billy Patty Collins of Culleoka, TN, Glenn Debbie Collins of Buffalo, W. VA, Jackie Connie Collins of Columbia, TN and Mike Brenda Collins of Mt. Pleasant, TN; three sisters, Mildred Dave Jorgenson of Columbia, TN, Shirley Osborne of Summertown, TN and June Roy Osborne of Culleoka, TN; four brothers, Douglas ?Duck? Brenda frost of Texarkana, AR, Clyde Nancy Frost of Culleoka, TN, Bill Sue frost of Mt. Pleasant, TN and Gene Jean Frost of Clarksville, TN; 21 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Diane Collins Estes; a brother, Claude Frost; a sister, Frances Ferguson; a grandson, Donald Ray Collins, Jr.
Pallbearers will be Charlie Grooms, Arnold Grooms, Danny Grooms, Roy Wayne Grooms, Tony Grooms and Timmy Owens.
Honorary pallbearers will be Dr. J. Cummins Couch, III, Dr. Charles Ball, Staff of Moore Care, Columbia Dialysis Staff and NHC/Pulaski Health Care.
