Mrs. Lisa Darlene Musgrove Wilhoite, age 44, a resident of Columbia, passed away at her residence.
Funeral services for Mrs. Wilhoite will be conducted Thursday, January 7 at 2:00 P.M. in the chapel of Williams Funeral Home in Mt. Pleasant. Burial will follow in the Ebenezer Cemetery.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, from 12:00-9:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
Born on June 29, 1965 in Maury County, Mrs. Lisa was the daughter of the late Robert Lester Musgrove and Linda Woodard, of Mt. Pleasant and the wife of James Wilhoite, Sr. Mrs. Lisa, was known for her ability to care for people as a nursing aide, and her fine southern cooking at the Caney Kuntry Kitchen, which she owned and operated. Mrs. Lisa was a member of the Open Doors Baptist Church.
Lisa is survived by her husband James Wilhoite, Sr., of Columbia; one son: Jimmy Leondra Wilhoite, Jr., of Shelbyville; one daughter: Ashley Carlos Nichole Ovalley, of Columbia; two grandchildren: Kenslea Wilhoite and Jamari Wilhoite; one brother: Richard Musgrove; one sister: Mary White; her mother and stepfather: Linda and Ollie Woodard; four sisters-in-law: Sherri Hall, Debra Smith, Becky Ragsdale, Barbara Johnson; brother in law: Paul Wilhoite, Jr.; and a mother in law: Rosie Wilhoite.
Pallbearers will be Winford Wilhoite, Maybern Williams, David Williams, Calvin Williams, James Johnson, Jr., and Chris Vaughn.
Honorary Pallbearers will be members of the Open Doors Baptist Church.
