Linda Mcentyre Smith

Mrs. Linda Jo McEntyre Smith, 51 , wife of Dale A. Smith and a resident of Cayce Lane in Columbia, died Wednesday, January 19, 2005 at Maury Regional Hospital.
Funeral service for Mrs. Smith will be conducted Friday, January 21, 2005 at 11:30 a.m. at the Williams Funeral Home in Columbia with Reverend Steve Queen and Reverend Gene Shelton officiating. Burial will be in the Polk Memorial Gardens. The family will visit with friends Thursday from 5:00 until 9:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
The Maury County native was the daughter of John and Mattie Young McEntyre of Columbia. Mrs. Smith has been affiliated with Maury Regional Hospital since 1973 and was currently a Med Lab tech supervisor at the hospital. She was active in the affairs of Elmore Church of the Nazarene including being a Sunday school teacher and Missionary President.
In addition to her parents and husband, she is survived by a daughter, Annie Kathleen Smith of Columbia, TN; a sister Patsy Ann McEntyre of Columbia, TN and a brother, Gary Wade McEntyre of Nashville, TN; mother-in-law, Elizabeth ?Betty? Smith of Columbia, TN.
Pallbearers will be David Taylor, Mike Redding, Ernie Culberson, Bob Lee, Brian Adkisson, and Billy McKennon. Honorary pallbearers will be doctors and staff of Med Lab at Maury Regional Hospital, staff of Oncology Associates and members of Elmore Church of the Nazarene.
Memorials may be made to the Elmore Church of the Nazarene, 5984 Dog Creek Road, Primm Springs, Tennessee 38476.
