Linda Cummins Lentini

Linda Cummins Lentini passed away on November 30, at Maury Regional Medical Center surrounded by her loving and devoted family.
Linda was born in Maury County on April 10, 1943, the daughter of the late Alton “Jack” Cummins and Christine Staggs Buie. She was the wife of the late Sam Lentini. For fifteen years she was an operator with Bell South. Linda was a long time resident of the Elk Ridge Road in Mt. Pleasant. Her favorite pastimes were coin collecting and reading.
Survivors include her children, Kaye (Bob) Cummins of Mt. Pleasant and Damon (Carrie) Lentini of Summertown; one brother, Marvin Fautt of Columbia; grandchildren, Ashley Cummins, Tori Cummins, Mikayla Cummins, Robbie Cummins, DeAnna Lentini and Allison McNabb along with several cousins, nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Linda was preceded in death by siblings, Charlotte C. Crews, Sue C. Saunders and Andrew “A.J.” Cummins.
Funeral services for Linda will be conducted Wednesday at 10:00 A.M. in the chapel of Williams Funeral Home in Mt. Pleasant with Andy Pogue officiating. Burial will follow in Spencer Hill Cemetery.
The family will visit with friends on Tuesday from 4:00 – 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
