Mrs. Linda Kay Cotham Shultz, 44, a resident of Southpoint Ridge Road in Hampshire, passed away on Wednesday, September 12, 2007 at Centennial Medical Center.
Funeral services for Mrs. Shultz will be conducted Friday, September 14 at 2:00 pm at Williams Funeral Home in Columbia with Rev. Eric Nichols and Rev. John Rushing officiating. Burial will be in Polk Memorial Gardens.
The family will visit with friends on Thursday from 3:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
The Nashville, Tennessee native was the daughter of Eunice Jane Higgins
Cotham of Hohenwald, TN and the late Wallace Clinton Cotham and the wife of Ronald ?Todd? Shultz. She was a former employee of Maury County Board of Education and sales clerk at Auto Zone. She was a member of the Hampshire Baptist Church.
In addition to her husband she is survived by two children: Wesley ?Wes? Shultz and Bethany Shultz both of Hampshire, TN ; one brother: David Sheri Cotham of Nolensville, TN; one sister: Judy Dennis Herrin of Hohenwald, TN; nephews and nieces: Kevin Melissa Herrin of Selmer, TN, Laura Jimmy Grantham of Hohenwald, TN, Carla Cotham and Christi Cotham both of Nashville, TN, Ben South, Amy South and Mary Katherine South all of Columbia, TN.
Pallbearers will be Kevin Herrin, Derek Herrin, Jimmy Grantham, Rickey South, Ben South and Johnny Jaggers.
Honorary pallbearers will be members of Hampshire First Baptist Church, members of Northside Baptist Church, nurses and staff of both Centennial Hospital and Sarah Cannon Cancer Center and Dr. Dana S. Thompson.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, Maury County Unit, 2000 Charlotte Pike, Nashville, TN 37203, Hope Lodge or Hampshire First Baptist Church Building Fund 4063 Hampshire Pike, Hampshire, TN 38461.
