Linda Honn, age 72, of Lawrenceburg, passed away on Thursday, December 19, 2019 at her residence surrounded by her family.
Linda was born on April 3, 1948 in Toledo, Ohio to Charles James Bearden and Ann Lee Meeks Bearden. She was also married 43 years to her beloved husband, James “Jim” Honn. Together, they raised and fostered twenty-five kids, ten children, and three grandchildren. She loved raising each and every one of them, and didn’t classify any of them differently. Linda was a tough lady, who also loved caring for her chickens. Once she was seen carrying her chicken feed to their coop, only two days after a heart procedure. Making sure everything she loved was taken care of was number one on her list. She also loved the Lord, and was of the Baptist Faith.
Left behind to share the memories of Linda are her husband, James “Jim” Honn; children, Janice (Craig) Clark, Norman Moore, Vicky K. Honn, James Honn, Jr., Danny Honn, Randy (Connie) Honn, Sandy (Billy) Wesson, Jesse D. (Tina) Honn, Jimmy (Stephanie) Honn, and Jason (Kim) Honn; twenty-eight grandchildren; thirty-two great grandchildren; one great great grandchild; siblings, Jean “Woody” (Roy) Littrell, Charlene Rawdon, Jimmy Bearden, Andy (Reba) Harvey, and Wayne (Betty) Harvey; also her beloved fur babies, Taco, Itsy, and Wessel. She is preceded in death by her parents and siblings, Betty, Shirley, Buddy, and Lindsey.
The family will visit with friends from 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM on Friday, December 27, 2019, at Williams Funeral Home in Columbia, Tennessee. Funeral services will follow the visitation on Friday, December 27, 2019, at 3:00 PM in the Chapel of Williams Funeral Home in Columbia, Tennessee. Burial will be held on Saturday, December 28, 2019 at 9:00 AM at the Houser Cemetery.
