Mr. Lewis Wade Prince, age 71, passed away on Friday, July 22, 2016 at Southern Tennessee Medical Center in Pulaski, Tennessee.
Wade was born on July 22, 1945 in Cullman County, Alabama to Elzie Charlie Prince and Doris Chambers Prince. He was a dedicated rehab counselor, retired from Cumberland Heights, after years of helping people overcome addictions. Wade was a loving son, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and brother.
Mr. Prince is survived by his siblings: Dennis Terry Prince of Pulaski, Dalford E. (Mable) Prince of Lawrenceburg and Margie Joan Mingledorff of North Carolina; children: Carman R. (Mike) Irwin of Mt. Pleasant and Bryan Wade Prince of Columbia; special friend: Lizzie Collins of Russellville, KY; grandchildren: Kimberly Bunch, Brandon Allen, Kylie Prince and Alyssa Prince; and 4 great-grandchildren: Sydney and Kingston Bunch and Braxton and Starlynn McDaniel.
The family will celebrate Wade’s life with private family services at The Arbors at Polk Memorial Gardens. He will be entombed in the Praying Hands Mausoleum.
