Mrs. Lesta Ann Finney King, age 91, a long time resident of Highway 166N in Mt. Pleasant, passed away on Friday, January 29, at Hidden Acres Nursing Home in Mt. Pleasant.

Funeral services for Mrs. King will be conducted Monday at 2:00 P.M. in the chapel of Williams Funeral Home in Mt. Pleasant with Rick Points officiating. Burial will follow in Polk Memorial Gardens.

The family will visit with friends on Sunday from 2:00- 6:00 P.M and Monday from 12Noon ? 2:00 P.M. at the funeral home.

Mrs. King was born May 31, 1918 in Lewis County, the daughter of the late James E. Finney and Jimmie Melissa Hodge Finney. She was first married to the late Ernest Martin and later married the late Joe Morris King. She was retired as a waitress from Wright's Pharmacy. Mrs. King attended the Seventh Day Adventist Church.

Survivors include her daughter: Ellen Bill Dial of Columbia; a son-in-law: John A. Morton of Columbia; one sister: Ruth Nicholson of Mt. Pleasant; 9 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren great-great-grandchildren and great-great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two daughters: Joan McClain and Bunnie Morton and two grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be her grandsons, great-grandsons and grandson-in-law: Richard Morton, Terry Dial, Phil Sanders, Jason Sanders, Matthew McClain, Callaway Dial and Russell Dial.

Honorary pallbearers will be Glen Lumpkins, Ted Sisco, Jim Spears, Ronnie Spears, Wray Wright, George Gilliam, Leo Hodge, Billy Hollis, Alan Blevins, Roland McKnight and special nephew: Tommy Nicholson.
