Mrs. Leona Agnes Renaud Horey, 89, a resident of Belle Drive in Spring Hill, passed away Tuesday July 25, 2006 at Maury Regional Hospital.
Funeral services for Mrs. Horey will be conducted Friday, July 28, 2006 at 2:00 pm at the Williams Funeral Home in Columbia with Reverend Billy Kimbrough officiating. Burial will be in the Polk Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Thursday from 4:00 to 8:00 pm at the funeral home.
Born in New Bedford, MA, she was the daughter of the late Leon and Agnes Johnson Renaud and the wife of the late Donald C. Horey. She was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith.
She is survived by her daughter, Viola Pickard of Spring Hill; grandchildren, Harold Pickard, Donald Pickard, Mary Tomlinson, Sandra Whitehouse, Barbara Pickard; great grandchildren, Jacob Heiniger, Paula Heiniger, Eric Henly, Alisa Hollingsworth Beverly Smith, Lisa Paul, Becky Bassham, Richard Pickard, Tommie Walker, Sara Tomlinson, Layne Tomlinson, Ronnie Whitehouse, Ryan Whitehouse, Hunter Pickard; great-great grandchildren, Allen Smith, Mornie Smith, Jesie Viola Smith, Whitney King, Houston Paul, Roudy Paul, Keith Arbuckle and Reed Bassham. She was preceded in death by a grandson, Richard C. Pickard and a great grandson, Donnie Pickard.
Pallbearers will be Grandsons and great grandsons. Honorary pallbearers will be deacons of the West End Baptist Church, Joy Sunday School Class and the Fellesmere Historical Church in Fellesmere, FL.
