Lena Craig

Lena Craig, age 80, of Mt. Pleasant, Tennessee went to be with her Lord and Savior on March 29, 2019 at Maury Regional Medical Center surrounded by her loving family.
Lena was born July 9, 1938, in Mt. Pleasant to the late Hershel and Louise Roberts England. She was a consultant for Home Interior Décor for years. She enjoyed the holidays and cooking. She was known for her Sundrop Cake and Buttermilk Pies. Her grandchildren called her “Nana”. She was a loving mother, grandmother and friend to many. She was a member of Liberty Baptist Church.

She is survived by son: Mike (Charlene) Craig of Mt. Pleasant; granddaughters: Carrie (Shannon) Davis of Lynnville and Samantha (Joshua) Davis of Summertown; great-granddaughters: Rebecca, Marissa, and Harleigh Davis; great-grandsons: Lane and Bearett Davis; brother: Charles England; sister: Catherine Burkes and beloved pet westie: Zoe Rose. She was preceded in death by her husband: William “Bill” Craig and son: Clifton Fred Craig.

Services will be held Monday, April 1, 2019 beginning at 2:00 PM, Williams Funeral Home, Mt. Pleasant with Bro. Jim Ledbetter officiating. Family will visit with friends from 12:00 PM until time for the service. Burial will follow at Arlington Cemetery.

Honorary Pallbearers: Casey Payne, Laney Cothran, Stephanie Wray, Deno Wray, Nathan Mckennon, Dr. Gibran Naddy, and Dr. Amit Choski. Her neighbors Twilla “Twitter” and her sister.
