Lawrence “Larry” Matthew “PawPaw” Robinson, age 65, of Columbia, passed away on Saturday, September 26, 2015 at Tri-Star Spring Hill Hospital.
Larry was born on November 14, 1949 to John James Robinson and Mary Veronica Kehoe Robinson in Los Angeles, California. He was a veteran of the United States Army and worked as a cost accountant in the finance department for manufacturing companies. On August 17, 1968, Larry married the love of his life, Sheryl Brower, and she became Mrs. Robinson. They had two children together and he was always dedicated to his wife and his Lord. He was witty, wise, loving and generous to all. He and his wife enjoyed watching Joel Osteen each Sunday morning together.
Mr. Robinson is survived by his loving and dedicated wife: Sheryl Robinson of Columbia, Tennessee; children: Gregory Robinson and Melissa (Mickey) Sanders, all of Texas; grandchildren: Hayley Sanders, Stone Sanders, Hollie Robinson and Hayden Robinson; 3 sisters; 1 brother; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents: John James Robinson and Mary Veronica Kehoe Robinson.
The family will celebrate Larry’s life with a memorial service at a later date.
