Larry Eugene Potts, age 61, of Mt. Pleasant, Tennessee, passed away at his home on Monday, February 18, 2013.
Larry was born July 24, 1951, to the late Freddie Eugene Potts and Charity Franks Potts. He loved outdoor activities such as fishing and camping. Larry also liked singing karaoke. He was a truck driver for over 30 years.
Larry is survived by: Two sons; Johnny (Donna) Potts and Danny “Toby” Potts both of Mt. Pleasant; Four sisters; Beatrice (Wayne) Sirey, Faye Keidren, Joyce Wynne, and Sue (Terry) Hendrix; Four brothers; Harold (Faye) Potts, Jerry (Pat) Potts, Robert (Carla) Potts, and Charlie (Penny) Potts; Three granddaughters; Sabrina Potts, Courtney Potts of Culleoka and Chrystal Davis of Columbia; One grandson; Corey Chapman; Three great-grandchildren; Devin, Austin, and Allison; His fiancé; Lorelei Massey; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral arrangements for Larry Eugene Potts are Thursday, February 21, 2013 at 2:00 PM at Williams Funeral Home in Mt. Pleasant with Bro. Marvin Potts officiating. Family will receive friends Wednesday, February 20, from 3:00 – 8:00 PM and Thursday, February 21, from 12:00 – 2:00 PM at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Arlington Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be: Jimmy Francis, Joshua Francis, Devin Davis, Cameron Potts, Ronnie Tomlin, Donnie Fuller, Roy Fuller, and Corey Chapman.
