Kristen Page Eckman

Kristen Page Bobo Eckman, age 35 of Columbia, passed away Friday, July 26, 2013.

Kristen was born November 8, 1977 to Roger Dale Bobo and Ginger Page McKay in Columbia, Tennessee. She was a graduate of Central High School from the class of 1996. In 2008, after dating four years she married Travis Eckman. She graduated Valedictorian from the LPN program in 2009, and went on to serve in the Middle Tennessee community.

Kristen became the mother of three children. She was the most incredibly fun mother, and doted on her children endlessly. Not only was Kristen a very smart and intellectual person, she could also play the flute and violin extremely well. Kristen is remembered as the most kind and generous person, and she was always willing to help someone in need. These are memories the family will cherish of her being a bright and beautiful woman with the best sense of humor and award winning smile.

The family invites friends to visit from 11:00 A.M.-1:00 P.M. Saturday, August 3, 2013. After visitation, the family will celebrate her life at 1:00 P.M. in the chapel of Williams Funeral Home in Columbia.

In addition to her husband Travis, Kristen is survived by three children: Bonnie McKay Adams, Hayden Steele Eckman, and Isabel Diane Eckman; her father: Roger (Becky) Bobo; her mother: Ginger (Robert) McKay; her three brothers: Brandon Bobo, Brent Beatty, and Travis Beatty; and several nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. She is preceded in death by her grandparents: Rufus and Bonnie Bobo and J. R. and Juanita Page.
