Kori Jo Hathaway

Kori Jo Hathaway, age 32 of Columbia, TN, died on September 12, 2018, as the result of a tragic auto accident.

Kori was born May 20th 1986, the daughter of Kimberly (Davis) Clack and Todd Hathaway. Kori moved to TN with her family as a small child and attended Columbia and Culleoka schools. She attained her nursing degree in 2012. She was currently working as a home health nurse and her patients loved her for her warm and generous heart.

Kori's children were the light of her life. She loved taking them to the water park, playground, and other community activities. Kori's sister Kayli was her best friend and they spent endless hours together. Kori had a loving relationship with all of her family and will be missed by them all.


Kori is survived by her three children; Scarlett Luttrell, aged 3yrs. and twins Robert(Kenny) and Sidney Luttrell, aged 2 yrs. She is also survived by her fiancé; Jack Butler, mother; Kimberly Kay Clack and stepfather; Kerry Clack, her father; Todd Hathaway and stepmother; Ruth Hathaway, her sister; Kayli Hathaway, stepsisters; Shayna Clack Kibler (Aaron), Alinda Boukamp (Tom), stepbrother Daniel Clack (Jennifer), stepbrothers; Earnie Brown (Ashley), Daniel Brown (Emily), and grandmothers; Pauline Oliver and Janice Hathaway. Kori was preceded in death by her grandfathers; Larry B. Oliver, Everett Hathaway, Warren Davis Sr., and grandmother; Barbara Spain Clack.

Funeral services for Kori will be held on Monday, September 17, 2018 in the Chapel of Williams Funeral Home in Columbia, at 2:00 p.m. with Russ Adcox officiating. Burial will follow at Polk Memorial Gardens. The family will visit with friends on Sunday, September 16, from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.

Daniel Clack, Chas Butler, Dustin Butler, Dylan Wright, Aaron Kibler and Jayrod Gilles will serve as pallbearers.
