Kenneth Wayne Erickson

Kenneth Wayne Erickson, age 87 of Columbia, passed away November 29, 2015 at Maury Regional Medical Center.

Ken was born March 7, 1928 to Martin and Zeta Erickson in Grand Haven, Michigan. He was known as a hardworking truck-driver and a very loving father. Ken enjoyed spending his time outdoors, especially fishing and camping.

The family will visit with friends Thursday, November 3, 2015 at Williams Funeral Home in Mt. Pleasant from 4:00 – 8:00 p.m. A private entombment will be held at Restlawn Memorial Park in Ohio.

Ken is survived by his children, Larry (Karen) Erickson, Dan Erickson, and LeeAnn (James) Brothers; the mother of his children: Nancy Erickson; his grandchildren: Nicole, Crystal, Jason, Kori, Kari, and Kailey; great grandchildren: Savannah, Izaiah, Rhionna, Lennan, Henry, Kari, Reed, Jaxon, Zoie, and Zane; sister: Shirley (Don) Swifney; and a special friend: Linda Letson. He is preceded in death by his parents, his brother Bob Erickson, and his wife Sandy Erickson.
