Kathy Banks

Kathy Banks, age 60, passed away on Tuesday, October 12, in her home surrounded by her family in Columbia, Tennessee.
Kathy was born November 8, 1960, to Gene Davidson and Beatrice “Lentz” Baker in Maury County, Tennessee.
Kathy was quite an awesome woman in many ways. She loved her family, especially her grandchildren were her number one. Kathy was a talented baker and would make the BEST birthday cakes anyone would want or ask for. She would always make all the sweet treats for the holidays.
Kathy was a habitual reader. She had a whole bookshelf of Stephen King books and her favorite series was the “Dark Tower” series. Kathy also loved to hike and be active. She will be greatly missed by her loving family.
Kathy is preceded in death by her grandparents and her brother: Michael Eugene Davidson, Sr.
Kathy is survived by her husband of 34 years: Kevin Banks; son: Kaleb (Megan) Banks; stepson: Jaymz (Michelle) Banks: siblings: Tammy (Dennis) Andrews and Randy (Nikki) Baker; grandchildren and best friends: Abbey and Ryder; sister-in-law: Teresa Davidson; and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service for Kathy will be held Friday, October 15, 2021, at 3:00 PM at Williams Funeral Home in Columbia, Tennessee.
