Justin Michael Glass, age 18 and a recent graduate, passed away Monday, June 4, 2012 after injuries sustained in an automobile wreck.
Born into the arms of Frances and Michael Glass on November 3, 1993, they were able to watch their son grow into a nice respectable young man. Justin was very happy to make his parents and grandparents proud after graduating from the 2012 class of Mt. Pleasant High School. He enjoyed the outdoors, including the love he had for riding horses, four wheeling, or just hanging out with his friends. He was a familiar face at Thunder Hill Raceway, a sport that he enjoyed until his passing.
Justin's friends and family explained that his good nature and caring soul made him the best friend, brother, and son you could ever imagine. Friends shared online that he was the friend that you always dreamed of, or the friend you know would always be there. His father stated, "You never know how fast something could happen."
The family wishes to share memories of a life well lived Wednesday, June 6, 2012 from 4-9:00 P.M. in the chapel of Williams Funeral Home in Mt. Pleasant. In the same chapel the following morning, the family will bid farewell to the outgoing man at 11:00 A.M. on Thursday June 7, 2012 with David Kersey officiating. Burial will follow at the Freedom Cemetery in Summertown.
In addition to his parents, he leaves behind a sister: Brittany Glass of Mt. Pleasant; grandparents: Winnie Larry Coleman "Nanny & Papa" of Duck River, Roy Glass of Mt. Pleasant, Linda Glass of Mt. Pleasant; his aunts and uncles: Roy Tina Glass of Mt. Pleasant, Tammy Paul Nichols of Summertown, and Johnny Glass of Michigan; he also leaves behind his many cousins, great aunts, uncles, and other family members.
